Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Work Schedule: 5 days a week, full-time About this role: This is a new role focused on building intelligent applications using Knowledge-Based AI and Generative AI technologies to support next-gen health-tech solutions. Reporting to: Role will report to the AI/ML Architect (only share verbally) Responsibilities Design and develop Knowledge-Based AI and Generative AI-powered applications using models like GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude, etc. Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Develop APIs and backend systems for AI integration using FastAPI, Flask, etc.; use Streamlit for rapid prototyping. Implement and manage vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus) for semantic search functionalities. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers across teams to bring AI capabilities to products. Continuously evaluate and enhance model performance and system reliability. Stay current with trends and advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and prompt engineering. What You Will Need 2–3 years of relevant experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Proficiency in Python with strong understanding of core concepts, data structures, and algorithms. Good To Have Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc. Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAGs, and prompt engineering.
