Job Title: Python Developer – AI/ML

What We Are Looking for:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development, and solid exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and also comfortable working with data-focused libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks

like Flask, or FastAPI.or Django(Optional).

* Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices.

* Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems using libraries such as Scikit-learn,

TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

* Perform data manipulation and processing using NumPy, Pandas, and similar libraries.

* Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and

Firestore.

* Implement caching (e.g., Redis), structured logging, and error-handling for performance

optimization.

* Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and data science teams in Agile

workflows.

* Write and maintain unit tests using pytest or unittest; participate in code reviews.

* Debug production issues and continuously improve application performance.

* Use Git for version control and work with CI/CD pipelines.

* (Preferred) Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

* Ensure secure API development with OAuth2, JWT, and other authentication

mechanisms.

Required Skills:

* Strong proficiency in Python and OOP principles.

* Experience with at least one major Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

* Practical experience with AI/ML development and using libraries such as Scikit-learn,

TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

* Good knowledge of data analysis libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.

* Familiarity with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

* Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.

* Understanding of CI/CD workflows, application security, and scalable system

architecture.

* Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
