Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML)

What We Are Looking for: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate will design and deploy intelligent systems and predictive models to solve complex business problems, drive automation, and enhance data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models to solve business challenges and optimize processes. Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Work with cross-functional teams to define use cases, gather requirements, and deploy end-to-end solutions. Perform model training, validation, testing, and tuning using real-world data. Apply advanced techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision when applicable. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Monitor and maintain production models to ensure ongoing performance and accuracy. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in AI and data science. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience using AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Proficiency in data manipulation using SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, Tableau). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation techniques, and AI applications. Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model deployment. Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
