AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks skills
  Computer Science and Software Development skillsNatural Language Processing (NLP) skillsExperience with AI algorithms and technologiesStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch

Responsibilities

• Develop and test AI models Assist in building and refining machine learning models for tasks such as pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP.
  Support data preparation and preprocessing Work with datasets to clean, normalize, and structure data for training and evaluation of AI algorithms.Contribute to software development Write efficient, well-documented code in Python, Java, or C++ to support AI applications and research prototypes.Experiment with ML frameworks Implement and evaluate models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.Assist in NLP projects Apply natural language processing techniques (tokenization, embeddings, sentiment analysis, etc.) to real-world problems.Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to align technical work with project goals.Monitor and evaluate model performance Use metrics and visualization tools to assess accuracy, efficiency, and robustness of AI solutions.Document findings and processes Maintain clear technical documentation, experiment logs, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Stay updated on AI trends Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and share insights with the team.Support integration and deployment Assist in integrating AI models into applications or services, ensuring smooth deployment in test or production environments.

Note: Candidate will need to support AUS hours. Typical shift will start at 4 AM IST and end around 1 PM IST.
