What You'll Do:

• Run ML experiments

  to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and inform product decisions.

• Build advanced ML algorithms

  for text, image, and video classification, clustering & summarization.

• Develop and deploy ML models

  that optimize marketing & ad campaign performance using user behavior and audience signals.

• Scale supervised & semi-supervised learning systems

  to handle billions of data points and thousands of ad categories.

• Collaborate with engineering teams

  to productionize ML models with high scalability, reliability, and low latency.

• Work with cutting-edge foundation models

  (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) and fine-tune them for domain-specific tasks.

• Experiment with prompt engineering

  , few-shot / zero-shot, RAG, and Chain-of-Thought techniques to boost model quality.

• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance

  across accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

• Work with large datasets

  stored in BigQuery, GCS, and vector databases (e.g., Redis).

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• A solid grounding in

  Computer Science fundamentals.

• B.Tech/BE or Masters in AI/ML Computer Science streams

• 0.5–3 years of hands-on ML experience

  building and deploying real-world models.
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  and frameworks like

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, CatBoost,

  etc as well as

  SQL.

• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and distributed systems (Spark, Beam, BigQuery, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with

  LLMs, text generation, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Knowledge of

  prompt engineering,

  RAG pipelines, and few-shot/zero-shot techniques.
• Experience deploying models into production using

  Docker, CI/CD,

  or cloud ML platforms (GCP/Vertex AI preferred).
• Ability to think analytically, experiment rapidly, and translate ambiguous problems into clear ML solutions.
• Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and programming.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
