Job Description

Primacy Infotech is building an AI-powered ERP Agent Platform focused on automating functional, technical, accounting, and project management workflows—primarily on Odoo ERP.

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design, train, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI agents. This is an in-house product role, not a PoC or client-only assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines for AI agents
• Develop embedding, vector search, and RAG pipelines for ERP knowledge bases
• Implement LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, etc.)
• Build dataset pipelines (cleaning, labeling, augmentation, versioning)
• Optimize model accuracy, latency, and cost for ERP use cases
• Develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and regression tests
• Integrate AI models with backend APIs and ERP systems
• Monitor model performance, drift, and retraining needs
• Collaborate with ERP consultants to convert business logic into datasets
• Maintain documentation, experiment tracking, and reproducibility

Required Skills

• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLM training, inference, and optimization
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
• Knowledge of NLP / LLM evaluation techniques
• Experience integrating ML models with REST APIs

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP or structured business data experience (Odoo preferred)
• Experience with vector DBs (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC)
• Experience with multi-agent AI systems
• Knowledge of accounting, inventory, or enterprise workflows
• Experience in product-based or in-house AI teams
