AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, RAG systems, Agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, and multimodal AI (Text, Voice, Vision). The role involves building, optimizing, and deploying scalable AI solutions while contributing to AI strategy and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases
• Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, MCP, LangGraph
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning)
• Orchestrate AI workflows using n8n
• Build multimodal AI agents (text, voice, vision)
• Work on data preparation, annotation, and evaluation
• Optimize model performance, cost, and latency
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Support project delivery and technical documentation

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Solid background in AI/ML and Generative AI
• Experience with RAG architectures
• Hands-on with LangChain, MCP, Agentic AI frameworks
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of multimodal AI systems (Voice, Vision, Text)
• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring
• Experience mentoring junior engineers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
