About Us

We’re revolutionising lead generation with AI. Our platform automates ICP creation, persona development, campaign management, and response suggestions. We’re looking for an AI/ML engineer to design and implement models that drive smarter campaigns, higher response rates, and cross-industry learning.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning models focused on user behaviour prediction and workflow optimisation.
• Work with the product team to align technical goals with business KPIs.
• Evaluate and refine models for performance, bias, and data ethics.
• Collaborate with data engineering on model pipelines and feedback loops.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–4 years of experience

   in applied machine learning or data science.
• Strong experience in NLP, Transformers, and LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, LangChain).
• Experience with recommendation systems, predictive modelling, and supervised/unsupervised learning.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with web scraping, APIs, and ethical data handling.
• Ability to interpret AI results and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of 

  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation

  .
• Familiarity with 

  cloud ML platforms

   (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI).
• Interest in 

  ethical AI development

   and responsible automation.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying AI models in SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of B2B sales, LinkedIn automation, or marketing automation tools.
• Experience with AI monitoring tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Optional: Certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or NLP (TensorFlow, AWS ML).
