UX/UI Designer Automation Platform

As a UX/UI Designer at LeadSource Tech, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive interfaces and workflows for our automation platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing user-centric interfaces for dashboards, campaign management, and analytics. - Conducting user research, usability tests, and iterative improvements. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Ensuring visual consistency and accessibility. - Utilizing analytics tools such as Hotjar and Mixpanel to drive UX improvements. To excel in this role, you should possess: - At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS products. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Suite. - A strong understanding of visualization, workflows, and accessibility. - The ability to translate AI and backend data into a clear and user-friendly UX. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have: - Experience in designing for lead generation or marketing tools. - Knowledge of AI-driven user journeys. In terms of education and certifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Possessing certifications such as NN/g or Interaction Design Foundation would be an added advantage.
