Job Summary

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient machine learning models and AI solutions.
Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Train and evaluate models using state-of-the-art ML/DL algorithms.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into applications.
Optimize and tune models for performance and accuracy.
Conduct A/B testing and model validation techniques.
Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Document workflows, experiments, and models for reproducibility and auditability.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Mandatory Skills

Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques
Model evaluation and selection methods
Hyperparameter tuning techniques (e.g., Grid Search, Bayesian optimization)
Familiarity with model explainability tools (e.g., SHAP, LIME)

Programming Languages

Python
(advanced proficiency – must-have)
Experience in writing modular, scalable, and clean code
