AI/ML Engineer

You are an AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI systems. You possess a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software development. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize AI models for applications such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, and Generative AI. You will also fine-tune pre-trained models, build data pipelines, and contribute to AI model evaluation, validation, and continuous learning pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI models into products and services. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-time or batch processing, working with large and complex datasets. Additionally, you will build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate models into production, monitor model performance, retrain when necessary, and conduct A/B testing. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI solutions. You should be proficient in Python and AI/Deep Learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenCV. A deep understanding of neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, transfer learning, model fine-tuning, embeddings, and attention mechanisms is required. You should also have experience in AI/ML development, preferably in a production environment. Additionally, you should be familiar with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL, as well as model deployment tools and cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP AI Platform. A strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and probability, along with solid software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes is essential.
