Role: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Production Support Technical Consultant Work Location: Remote, Travel onsite to KSA 90% Budget: 20% Hike QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree of computer science or any related filed. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Technical qualifications: • Strong expertise in X++, SQL Server, and debugging tools for F&O. • Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services and environment monitoring tools. • Familiarity with F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement. • Knowledge of integrations using OData, REST APIs, and batch jobs. • Understanding security roles, workflows, and data entities in F&O. • Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and resolve performance bottlenecks. • Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams. PREFERRED SKILLS • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer. • Experience in high-availability environments such as banking, fintech, or manufacturing. • Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). • Basic knowledge of infrastructure components (Windows Server, SQL Server, networking).
