Technical Depth:

• You understand LLMs, RAG systems, feature pipelines, time-series modeling, and can write clean, high-performance Python code.

What you will work on:

• Develop advanced ML algorithms for time-series, logs, and waveform-based diagnostics
• Build and optimize LLM/RAG pipelines, including structured extraction, hybrid search, and domain-specific reasoning
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productize ML models into reliable, customer-facing systems
• Work with product teams to define use cases, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks
• Design scalable frameworks for multimodal ingestion (documents, logs, sensors, alarms, images)
• Contribute to patents, technical architecture docs, and research publications
• Lead ML projects independently and help shape the scientific direction of the company

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, EE, Applied Math, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in ML research or applied ML roles (flexible depending on degree)
• Strong programming skills in Python (R/C++/Java optional but useful)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning
• Experience building and scaling ML systems, preferably in real-world applications
• Familiarity with time-series modeling, anomaly detection, statistical methods
• Strong analytical ability, comfortable experimenting, evaluating, and iterating fast
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for industrial automation, manufacturing data, and solving real-world problems

Bonus if you have:

• Previous startup or early-stage product-building experience
• Experience working directly with customers or field engineering teams
• Background in semiconductor, manufacturing, battery systems, or industrial data
• Contributions to open-source ML/LLM tooling
• Experience building agents or autonomous reasoning systems
