We’re seeking an AI/ML Developer who thrives on innovation and is eager to build impactful, real-world applications powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop AI/ML applications aligned with project and business goals • Research and implement advanced ML algorithms and tools • Train and fine-tune ML models on custom datasets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test intelligent solutions • Take ownership of modules and deliver results in an agile environment 🔍 Key Skills Required: ✅ Expertise in deep learning (NLP, Speech, or Computer Vision) ✅ Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch ✅ Proven experience with LLMs and prompt engineering ✅ Strong Python coding skills following best practices ✅ REST API development and high-performance implementation ✅ Experience with cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP ✅ Solid understanding of algorithms , OOP , data structures , and DB schema design ✅ Familiarity with Git workflows and coding standards ✅ Strong analytical thinking and communication skills 🎓 Qualifications: ✔ Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics , or related fields ✔ Strong foundation in ML algorithms and model development ✔ Self-starter who collaborates well in dynamic team environments Show more Show less
