Job Description

In the Expert Services organization we work closely together with our customers to customize SystemWeaver to specific needs and to further enhance the product.As we continue to support our customers in the field of systems engineering, we are comitted to develop our industry leading SystemWeaver platform with modern and automated AI functionality.We are now looking for someone with the below skill set to join our mixed team.

Core Competencies

  • AI & Intelligent Engineering
  • LLMs in engineering: Applying LLMs for requirements analysis, auto-documentation, code review, and semantic model interpretation
  • Model Context Protocol (MCP): Framework for how LLMs integrate and share data with external tools, systems, and data sources
  • Autonomous agents: Building lightweight AI agents for model navigation, traceability gap detection, change analysis, and test mapping
  • Graph-based modeling: Using graph concepts to model systems engineering artifacts for semantic queries, traceability health, and impact visualization
  • ML solution design: Custom models for requirement classification (e.g., safety relevance), defect clustering, variant complexity estimation, test prioritization
  • System Development & Integration
  • SystemWeaver expert: Meta-modeling, API scripting, dashboarding, and semantic linking of architecture, requirements, and tests
  • Toolchain integration with Jira, Doors/Polarion, test platforms, AUTOSAR configuration tools
  • Driving data-centric systems engineering from concept to validation, enhanced with AI
  • Embedded SW / AUTOSAR
  • Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR: SWC modeling, interface definition, BSW integration
  • Traceability and model validation between functional requirements, software architecture, and test artifacts
  • Support for safety-compliant flows (ISO 26262 Part 6) with structured trace generation
  • Personal Attributes

  • Skilled in technical facilitation and leading digital transformation across R&D departments
  • Experienced in both hands-on development and strategic roadmap design
