We’re Hiring: AI Solutions Sales Consultant (2+ Years)


📍 Location: Mohali | Work from Office | 5 Days a Week


AI Solutions Sales Consultant

As a key member of our sales and consulting team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, engaging enterprise clients, and positioning AI solutions that address critical business and technology challenges. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to promote AI-driven solutions across enterprise clients in the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • Identify and pursue high-value prospects through outreach, networking, partnerships, and participation in industry events.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts in collaboration with the technical team to highlight the business benefits of AI solutions.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions and prepare proposals, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations with decision-makers, ensuring successful closures of enterprise-level deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by supporting customer success, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Stay informed about AI market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience in engaging C-level executives.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
