AI Product Manager

As an innovative and business-savvy AI Product Manager specializing in Digital Transformation, your role will involve driving the design and execution of AI-powered solutions across global financial and trading ecosystems. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business stakeholders and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI integration within existing and new workflows. - Conducting end-to-end analysis of business processes, data sources, and technology ecosystems to define AI use cases with tangible ROI. - Developing and prioritizing a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and emerging AI capabilities. - Translating complex business challenges into structured problem statements, functional specifications, and user stories for AI engineers and data scientists. - Collaborating with technical teams to define model data requirements, design prompt frameworks, and evaluate model performance against business metrics. - Overseeing the AI product lifecycle from conception and prototyping to UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement. - Monitoring adoption, collecting feedback, and iterating on features to improve model accuracy and user experience. - Staying at the forefront of emerging technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and generative AI frameworks. - Researching and proposing new ways to integrate AI across operational, analytical, and decision-support systems. - Promoting best practices in AI product governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage. Qualifications & Experience: - 3-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or technology-driven transformations. - Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, system architecture, and data integration principles. - Proven track record of managing complex products involving analytics, automation, or predictive insights. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Figma, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and Agile project methodologies. - Experience working with financial services, trading, or commodity operations is highly preferred. - Exposure to Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines, and modern LLM applications. - Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools for data analysis is an added advantage. - Based in or open to relocating to Navi Mumbai.
