About the RoleAt Vaarti (TechLadder.ai), we’re building the future of Voice AI Agents that automate human-like conversations for businesses.

We’re looking for a Founders’ Office Intern — a role designed for those who want to act like a mini-CEO early in their career. You’ll work directly with the founder and product leaders to take client calls, pitch AI products, shape product roadmaps, and design growth strategies.

This isn’t just an internship — it’s a crash course in product + growth + strategy, with direct mentorship from leaders who have worked at Paytm, Gojek, and VLCC.

• What You’ll DoRun client demo calls and pitch AI solutions
• Collect client feedback and feed it into the product roadmap
• Design and test growth strategies (partnerships, campaigns, GTM experiments)
• Assist with founder priorities (ops, strategy, decks, investor notes)
• Research AI trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Build storytelling assets: case studies, presentations, client success stories
• What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and presentation skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Curiosity for AI, SaaS, startups, and product management
• Self-starter with a bias for action & ownership
• Prior exposure to startups, consulting, or business/product projects (bonus)
• Based in Delhi NCR preferred (remote-friendly role)

• Work directly with the founder (high ownership from day one)
• Learn across product, growth, client engagement, and strategy
• Fast-track path into Product Manager / Growth Lead / Chief of Staff roles
• Convert to a paid/full-time role after internship (performance-based)
