AI Generalist – Automation & Business Workflows

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Generalist with strong experience in workflow design and automation. In this role, you will build and implement intelligent automation solutions for Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and core Accounting & Finance operations. You will improve daily business processes for CA practices and financial services workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across departments and streamline workflows
• Develop and deploy AI-powered systems for accounting, finance, and compliance operations
• Build chatbots, RPA workflows, and intelligent dashboards to support customer support and business functions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to integrate AI into routine tasks
• Work with financial data to extract insights and support decision-making
• Implement accounting process automations — AR/AP, audits, taxation workflows, reconciliation, MIS reporting, etc.
• Monitor AI performance and optimize processes based on results and business needs
• Ensure compliance with finance and data security standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and automation technologies
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, RPA frameworks)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial data structures
• Ability to map business processes and translate them into automation solutions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Good to Have

• Experience in CA firms, finance operations, ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Exposure to LLM-based solutions and NLP automation
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
