Key Responsibilities

• Agentic AI R&D

  – Explore, prototype, and benchmark autonomous-agent frameworks (Auto-GPT, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.) to solve marketing, media-production, and workflow-automation problems.

• Prompt & Workflow Design

  – Craft robust prompt chains, tool calling routines, and evaluation harnesses; document best practices for internal playbooks.

• Data Curation

  – Source, clean, and label multimodal datasets (text, image, video) to fuel rapid experimentation.

• Rapid Prototyping

  – Build proof-of-concept apps (Streamlit, React, low-code) that demonstrate measurable business value; iterate with design and engineering teams.

• Workshop Support

  – Co-create demos and hands-on labs for our AI Literacy Programs delivered to enterprises, governments, and academic partners.

• Market Intelligence

  – Track the AI landscape, summarise weekly breakthroughs, and pitch tools worth piloting.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  – Translate brand or business challenges into AI-powered solutions alongside creative strategists, developers, and client partners.

Core Must-Haves

• Passion for Agentic AI

  – Able to articulate how autonomous agents orchestrate tasks, where they add value, and their current limitations.

• Programming Foundation

  – Comfort scripting in any language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to automate tests and build quick demos.

• Analytical Mindset

  – Structured problem-framing, hypothesis testing, and clear documentation habits.

• Communication Skills

  – Crisp written and verbal English; confidence explaining technical ideas to non-technical peers.

• Growth Mindset

  – Hunger to learn, experiment, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Have (Optional but Valued)

• Solid Python skills and experience with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
• Familiarity with GenAI or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
• Exposure to vector databases, RAG pipelines, computer-vision, or audio-processing stacks.
• A portfolio of hackathon projects, Kaggle submissions, GitHub repos, or technical blog posts.
