Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong technical experience to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of AI‑driven features, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Data Science, Software Engineering, Product), and translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full AI/ML lifecycle: data collection & preprocessing; model development, training, validation, and evaluation; deployment; monitoring & maintenance. Sanfoundry+2Mobilunity+2
• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, recommendation, NLP, computer vision etc.
• Build robust, scalable, and efficient pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and serving.
• Integrate AI models into products & platforms via APIs, microservices, or into existing systems.
• Ensure model performance (accuracy, latency, reliability), and monitor for drift, bias, or degradations.
• Research and pilot new AI/ML technologies / tools / frameworks; stay updated with the latest in AI.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers; code reviews; ensure best practices (testing, documentation, reproducibility).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical use of AI.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience working in AI/ML engineering in industry (can be adjusted based on seniority desired).
• Strong programming skills in Python, plus familiarity with one or more of: Java, C++, etc.
• Experience with ML / DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistics, probability, linear algebra.
• Experience working with large datasets, both structured & unstructured; experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering.
• Deploying and maintaining models in production (knowledge of APIs, microservices, containers, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) or on‑prem infrastructure equivalents.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools.
• Capability to translate business needs into technical requirements & solutions.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience in NLP (transformer models, embeddings, sequence modelling) or computer vision.
• Experience with MLOps tools / best practices (model versioning, pipeline orchestration, automated retraining)
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG, or similar.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or specialized tools.
• Experience in real‑time / streaming data processing.
• Strong communication skills, ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,807.19 per month
