Ai Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and build modular, reusable AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration tools.

• Integrate AI capabilities with core business platforms such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, and internal APIs.

• Orchestrate intelligent, end-to-end workflows that solve practical business problems.

• Develop and implement innovative AI solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

• Drive the adoption of AI across teams, serving as a subject-matter expert in agentic design patterns and LLM enablement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Data, Operations) in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related fields.

• Strong background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience.

• Deep understanding of LLM internals—transformers, tokenization, embeddings, retrieval, context windows.

• Exceptional Python engineering skills, with experience in FastAPI, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflow orchestration systems integrated with business tools.

• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and RAG-based pipelines.

• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for LLM agents.

• A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, eager to learn and share knowledge in the rapidly evolving generative AI space.
