Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and proactive AI Engineer to join our growing team in Kolkata. As an AI Engineer at GWC, you will work closely with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models that solve real-world business problems across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms and applications.
• Process, clean, and analyze large data sets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Apply NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems depending on project needs.
• Research and implement novel algorithms and techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and retrain as necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with R, Java, or C++ is a plus.
• Proficiency with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and algorithm design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Background in deploying AI models in production environments (REST APIs, microservices).
• Exposure to NLP (spaCy, HuggingFace) or computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.).
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in AI research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
