AI Engineer Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI (GenAI) agents using modern frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangFlow, CrewAI, LangGraph) to enable natural language interaction with the landlord dashboard.
• Develop robust agent architectures that support autonomy, interactivity, and task completion, integrating with internal APIs and workflows such as maintenance tracking, payment management, and customer support.
• Implement RAG pipelines and knowledge bases to provide accurate, context-aware answers from proprietary data sources (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, etc.).
• Build data pipelines and ingestion scripts to collect, clean, and structure data for model training and inference.
• Deploy and optimize AI solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure); ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Stay current with GenAI and ML research, evaluating the latest LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools to enhance system capability and efficiency.
• Document design decisions, experiments, and model performance; communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI-driven, generative solutions, iterating based on feedback.
• Uphold ethical and safety standards in AI deployment, ensuring fairness, privacy, and security in all agent interactions.



Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience applying AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) to real-world applications, preferably building conversational or autonomous agents.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g. LangChain, LangFlow, CrewAI, Hugging Face, PyTorch); strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, version control, testing, deployment).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and RAG techniques.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to design and integrate data pipelines and vector databases (e.g. FAISS, Pinecone) to enable semantic search.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Capability and willingness to relocate to Kuwait if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct or BabyAGI.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or multi‑agent systems.
• Familiarity with backend development and DevOps (FastAPI/Fastify, CI/CD pipelines).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or related field.
