What You Will Work On:

• Build and deploy AI-native applications that integrate with LLMs, vector databases and real-time APIs
• Engineer multi-step autonomous workflows and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines on AWS and GCP
• Design cloud-native services that combine data, intelligence and automation
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers and researchers to move ideas from prototype to production
• Explore new agent frameworks, orchestration tools and applied AI techniques, with full support for experimentation

Skills and Traits We Are Looking For:

• Strong foundation in software engineering, data engineering or platform engineering
• Proficiency in Python, with exposure to frameworks such as FastAPI, LangChain or async IO
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and serverless or containerised architectures
• Curiosity about LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and GenAI tools, with no need to be an expert since we will train you from day one
• Enthusiasm for building scalable, secure and resilient systems
• Problem solver with creativity and drive to learn new technologies quickly
• Collaborative and open minded, thriving in cross-functional teams where ideas move fast
• Desire to be an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, AI Developer, AI/ML Engineer, MLOps Dev, Machine Learning Engineer, GenAI developer or however you'd like to call it!
