Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where innovation and technical excellence are key?We’re looking for an AI Engineer to:Design and implement intelligent systems using Agentic AI, capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.Develop and integrate advanced machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs), with reasoning and planning capabilities.Build and optimize AI architectures, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance system performance and scalability.Leverage Agentic AI libraries (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen) to create robust and efficient AI solutions.Work with vector databases to enable efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings for AI applications.Develop and deploy solutions for computer vision and document processing tasks, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and adherence to UBS’s AI governance and compliance standards.Conduct rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems to ensure performance, fairness, and explainability.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Agentic AI Pod, part of the IB Digital Operations Stream, based in Hyderabad. Our team focuses on leveraging AI and advanced analytics to transform operational processes and deliver exceptional client experiences. As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building intelligent systems that drive innovation and efficiency at UBS.
Your expertise
- strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- hands-on experience with RAG architecture and Agentic AI libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Autogen.
- proficiency in computer vision and document processing techniques.
- familiarity with AI governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- ability to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI.
- bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
