Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Generalist who is highly up to date with current trends in AI, workflow automation, and app development. The ideal candidate will leverage modern AI tools and frameworks to design, develop, and deploy applications that improve our operations and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-driven workflow automation apps.

Identify and automate recurring processes across departments (e.g., finance, HR, operations).

Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve existing workflows.

Stay on top of the latest developments in AI, automation, and enterprise productivity tools.

Integrate AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, document processing, decision automation) with our existing systems.

Ensure robust, scalable, and user-friendly design for all tools and apps.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

Proven track record (1+ years) developing AI solutions and automation apps (Python, Node.js, cloud APIs, etc.).

Hands-on experience with workflow tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Airflow, etc), and AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, etc.).

Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, RPA, and general AI concepts.

Strong integration skills – ERP, SaaS, APIs, and cloud environments.

Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Up-to-date knowledge of recent AI innovations, frameworks, and industry trends.

Ability to work in Kolkata, collaborate with a local team, and communicate clearly.

Preferred Skills

Experience building apps for finance, HR, or office automation.

Knowledge of secure coding, privacy, and compliance standards in enterprise environments.

Prior work with databases (SQL/NoSQL), UI/UX tools, and mobile/desktop app frameworks.

Familiarity with Indian business processes and best practices.
