KRA1 Planning Engineer
(To understand the customer requirements to meet regular market requirement. ) Coordination with Operation team / civil team & structural team and understand the requirement. Shift Planning Weekly / Monthly / Yearly Maintece Planning / Corrective Maintece Plan. Maintece Cost Analysis Employee Training Plan Audit reports Energy Cost Analysis Spare parts Monitoring

KRA2 Client Relationship Management Foster strong client relationships by actively engaging with stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs, and incorporating feedback into design and planning processes to enhance customer satisfaction and project success KRA2 Auto CAD Design and Feasibility of Equipment
(To monitor and implement as per market requirement) To procure new equipment within budgeted amount. To ensure design of equipment & technical specification as per and customer requirement / layout To ensure availability of machines as per production requirement.

KRA3 Cost Reduction
(To implement effective utilization of resources to achieve minimum cost) To develop new products as per market plan. Monitor and improve KPI through use of digital technologies and analytics projects

KRA4 System Management and Digital & analytics projects
(To Implement systems and digital technologies for quality, productivity, and efficiency improvement) To implement and review quality system program and procedures. Maintain all records related to equipment drawings. Maintain development and design records of all new project. Develop skills in Digital Solutions, analytics for successful execution and developing a Data driven culture.

KRA5 Safety
(To ensure safe work practices and procedures at workplace) To ensure use of PPE at workplace To identify unsafe work condition and practices and take corrective action Ensure safe handling of Equipment Installation and Maintece and related tooling s. Regular counseling of workmen to follow safe working procedures

KRA6 People Development
(Build and develop skills of people to enable them to contribute effectively to operation. ) To train people for multi skill activities To be updated with new designing software & manufacturing process used worldwide and adopt the best practices. Periodic counseling of workmen for peaceful work environment.

KRA7 Documentation Accuracy and Compliance Ensure meticulous documentation of design specifications and plans, adhering to regulatory and industry compliance standards, to facilitate a smooth project approval process

KRA8 Risk Management Develop and implement a robust risk management framework, identifying potential risks in design and planning processes and establishing contingency plans to minimize the impact on project timelines and budgets

KRA9 Life Cycle Planning Implement life cycle planning strategies for equipment and projects, considering factors such as maintece requirements, upgrades, and endoflife considerations to optimize the longterm value and sustainability of assets.
