Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the
Process Validation team
to ensure thorough validation of manufacturing processes prior to production.
Oversee industrial engineering functions, including:

Line balancing
Cycle time determination
Manpower analysis
Layout optimization

Develop and maintain documentation for:

Validation protocols
Validation reports
Standard work instructions

Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to:

Support
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Manage manufacturing processing activities including:

Cost estimating
Cost management
Systems planning
Layout standards

Apply data-driven methodologies to resolve complex manufacturing challenges and improve throughput.
Mentor and guide engineers to achieve departmental goals and technical excellence.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and validation methodologies
Experience in industrial engineering principles such as line balancing and layout optimization
Expertise in process documentation and standard work
Ability to perform cycle time studies, manpower analysis, and throughput optimization
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Experience in cost estimating, cost management, and systems planning
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
