We're searching for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agri Advisors to join our team in Ankleshwar-Gujarat!

Responsibilities:

1 - Provide expert advice to farmers on best practices in agronomy, seasonal farming, and related requirements.

2 - Conduct farm visits and assessments to understand individual needs and challenges.

3 - Recommend and implement solutions that increase yield, improve efficiency, and enhance farm profitability.

4 - Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with farmers based on trust and open communication.

5 - Stay up-to-date on the latest agricultural trends and technologies.

6 - Utilize computer skills effectively to manage data, report findings, and create presentations.

Qualifications:

1 . Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.

2 . 0-5 years of experience in a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

3 . Strong knowledge of agronomy, seasonal farming practices, and relevant agricultural practices in your region.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

5 - Proficiency in basic computer applications.
