Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Agri Telecaller to connect with farmers, agri-dealers, and other stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, educating them about our products/services, solving queries, and supporting sales and onboarding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to farmers, agri-dealers, and partners to promote agri-tech solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and effective manner.
Collect and verify customer information accurately.
Maintain call logs, lead data, and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales and field teams for follow-ups or escalations.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support for users using the app/platform.
Educate customers on how to use mobile applications or digital tools.
Handle queries related to crop advisory, weather updates, input suggestions (based on company offerings).
Provide daily reports and feedback to the team leads/managers.

Requirements

Graduation in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or any relevant field (preferred).
1 - 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in agri-tech, input sales, or rural outreach.
Excellent communication skills in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) and basic English.
Knowledge of farming practices, agri-inputs, and rural customer behavior.
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Empathetic, patient, and persuasive speaking style.

Good to Have

Prior experience in an agri-tech company or rural outreach programs.
Exposure to digital farming platforms or agricultural advisory services.
Multilingual communication skills.
