Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : New Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Product Expertise: Advise clients on a wide range of insurance products and services, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed. Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of experience in business development, Corporate Sales within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of the insurance broking industry, products, and market dynamics. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidate with any Insurance Qualification is preferred.
