Role & responsibilities We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive B2B & B2C sales across EPCs, contractors, industries, traders, and retail electrical outlets. The role requires strong market knowledge, customer acquisition skills, brand-building, and consistent target achievement Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for wires, cables, and FMEG products. Build strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, builders, industries, traders & dealers. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Acquire new customers (target: 500 per year ). Develop 5 key accounts monthly and maintain strong relationships. Ensure timely payment collection (no outstanding beyond 3045 days ). Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch, and Marketing teams. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports. Preferred candidate profile 4 to 15 years of experience in Wires, Cables, Electrical, FMEG, EPC, or Infra sector. Strong B2B & retail sales exposure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of DelhiNCR market preferred. Target-driven and ready for extensive field travel.
