Job Description

We are looking for a skilled finance professional with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) or Deputy General Manager (DGM) in the accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, auditing, and taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee end-to-end financial accounting, including account payable, ledger books, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards.
Manage statutory legal/regulatory compliance related to finance and accounts, including taxation, GST, ROC, PF, and ESI.
Supervise real estate accounting operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, with a focus on real estate.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, with excellent technical skills.
