Job Description

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales

Department: Sales

Location: Lucknow

Reporting To: General Manager / VP – Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 4-5 Years (preferably in real estate sales)

Industry: Real Estate (Residential/Commercial/Plotted, etc.)

Job Summary:

The AGM - Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets for residential/commercial real estate projects. The role involves strategic planning, business development, customer relationship management, and leading high-value negotiations to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed project-specific and overall company targets.

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives to ensure productivity and target achievement.

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

* Drive lead generation, follow-ups, site visits, and closure activities.

* Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients to expand the sales network.

* Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and final closure.

* Ensure exceptional customer experience through efficient sales processes and timely follow-up.

* Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign alignment, promotional events, and branding efforts.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

* Collaborate with CRM, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth post-sales services and handovers.

* Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
