Position: AGM – Procurement Industry: Architecture / Interior Design Function: Procurement & Supply Chain Management Experience: 12–15 years CTC: ₹21.00 – ₹24.00 LPA Age: Up to 40 Location: Delhi Education: Graduation (B.Tech Civil preferred) Mandatory Criteria (Must-Haves): Gender: Only male candidates. Industry Background: Must be from Civil or Interior Designing industry. Work Type: Prior experience working from the vendor side is mandatory. Project Travel: Must be comfortable with travel as per project requirements. Availability: Immediate to 15 days notice period only. Project Type Experience: Should have handled procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail, Hospitality, and Commercial projects across India. Role Overview: We are hiring an AGM – Procurement to lead procurement operations for commercial interior projects. This role will manage vendor relationships, material sourcing, and cost optimization across retail, hospitality, and commercial fit-outs PAN India. Key Responsibilities: Develop cost-effective procurement and material management strategies. Review BOQs, POs, vendor bills, and contracts for fit-out projects. Handle purchasing of all interior materials: wood, tiles, paint, ceilings, electricals, MEP, hardware, etc. Benchmark costs and build pricing models for PAN India procurement. Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to ensure procurement efficiency. Lead vendor/contractor onboarding and management across India. Establish procurement SOPs and drive policy improvements. Ensure timely delivery and alignment with project deadlines and budgets. Maintain and report on procurement-related financial data and trends. Candidate Profile: Education: B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent technical qualification. Experience: Minimum 12 years in procurement (Interior fit-outs). Skills: Strong negotiation, vendor management, cost control, and decision-making. Mindset: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work under tight timelines.
