Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic

AGM - OEM Marketing

professional to lead strategic marketing and business development efforts for 2-wheeler (2W), 4-wheeler (4W), and Deep Integration Program (DIP) segments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling OEM clients, driving marketing initiatives, and working closely with R&D, product management, and sales to deliver customized solutions.

Lead OEM marketing strategy for 2W, 4W, and DIP segments.
Manage relationships with key OEM clients and develop account-specific growth strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Development, and Sales for new product introductions and market expansion.
Drive end-to-end OEM program lifecycle: concept, pitch, product development coordination, and launch.
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify new OEM opportunities and generate business through strategic partnerships.
Conduct competitive analysis, market trend identification, and customer insights to support business growth.
Handle customer negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term agreements.
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and OEM reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Marketing; MBA preferred.
18 20 years of experience in OEM/B2B marketing in the automotive sector (2W/4W focus).
Proven track record of handling large OEM accounts and achieving sales/marketing KPIs.
Strong knowledge of the automotive ecosystem and value chain.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
