Role & responsibilities HANDLING PROJECT BASED SALES FOR CUSTOMISED TMT BARS. TARGET AUDIENCE WILL BE BIG INFRASTRUCTURE, REAL ESTATES, OR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS. EXP. OF NON-TRADE BUSINESS IS MUST. CAN LEAD A TEAM OF SALES PERSON Project-Based Sales: Focus on securing large orders from infrastructure, real estate, or industrial projects. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Sales Team Leadership (potentially): May involve leading and managing a sales team. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and secure project wins. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. Preferred candidate profile MUST BE FROM NON TRADE TMT BARS SALES. HANDLING TESTED OR CUSTOMISED TMT BARS SALES. HANDLING PROJECTS FOR BIG INFRASTRUCTURE, REAL ESTATES OR INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS. CAN LEAD A TEAM.
