AGM / GM Finance

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Proactively manage the organizational funding requirement.
2. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and other external parties to ensure compliance and transparency in financial reporting.
3. Possess working knowledge of trade products provided by banks, including Supply Chain Finance, Letter of Credit, and Bank Guarantees.
4. Oversee the preparation of CMA, financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Lead the F&A team in conducting variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives. Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including debt and equity financing.
6. Build and maintain relationships with investors and financial partners.
7. Bring in new funding relationships and maintain great relationships for the sustained growth of the organization.
8. Timely and cost-effective procurement of funds by optimum leveraging of the assets of the company
9. Exposure to legal aspects of finance, banking, taxation, lending, investments, private equity, real estate finance, insurance, and other related fields

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• CA with an experience of 12 18 years
• Should possess accounting, analytical, budget management, and financial modelling skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Familiar with common productivity tools and various financial and reporting software.
• Relevant soft skills include leadership, time management, collaboration, communication, and presentation. 
• Hands-on experience in finance, banking, taxation, lending, investments, private equity, real estate finance, insurance, and other related fields
• Experience in creating and presenting financial reports to various stakeholders.
