Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd is a leading Executive Search & Selection company, caters to recruitment services in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering & Healthcare domain. We have been mandated by a large global conglomerate for the below mentioned position.

Position Name : AGM / DGM Finance & Accounts

Location : Chhattisgarh

Qualification : Chartered Accountant, with minimum of 10 years of experience in any reputed company having integrated steel plant

Experience : 8+ years

Role & responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Oversee vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage credit control processes.

• Inventory & Fixed Assets Accounting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Capitalisation and accounting for fixed assets

• Cost Accounting & Budgeting:

• Monitor production costs, raw material pricing, and operational expenses.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Provide insights on cost reduction, process improvements, and financial planning.
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making.

• Financial Management:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Taxation & Compliance:

• Handling GST, VAT, TDS, and other tax-related filings and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for statutory audits and tax assessments.
