Role & responsibilities 1. NCLT Matters: Handle cases and matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), including litigation, appeals, and settlements.2. Legal Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal agreements, contracts, and documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.3. Property Matters: Oversee and manage legal aspects related to property transactions, including title verification, agreements, disputes, and compliance.4. Legal Advisory: Provide timely legal advice and risk assessments on various legal issues concerning the companys operations.5. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes effectively, whether through litigation, arbitration, or mediation, ensuring the companys best interests are represented.6. Compliance: Ensure the company remains in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.7. Drafting and Reviewing Agreements: Draft, review, and finalize various legal agreements, including business contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), service level agreements (SLAs), memorandums of understanding (MOU’s), and joint venture agreements. Ensure that all agreements are in line with the company’s objectives, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Advise internal teams on contract terms, negotiations, and risk mitigation.CANDIDATE PROFILELLB degree with 3-7 years of experience in a mid-size firm.Attention to detail, organization skills, consultative abilities, legal knowledge.Early joiner will be preferred.Prior experience in handling matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).Proficiency in drafting legal agreements, contracts, and other related documentation.Strong understanding of property laws and experience in managing property-related legal matters.Ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide timely, effective solutions.Interested candidate should send their CV at harshavardhan.mishra@arya.in
