Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field (CMA/ CA/ MBA -Finance will be preferred).
Shall have
10-15 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Proven track
record of success in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Project / Term Loans, Budgeting, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in
loan appraisals, financial analysis, and working with banks/NBFCs.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in compliance management.
Proficiency in financial accounting software
Experience working in the design or construction industry (a plus).
