Assistant General Manager (AGM) Corporate Sales (Online Degree Programs) Location: GLA University, Greater Noida Department: Corporate Sales / Online Education Salary- 10 LPA- 14 LPA Job Summary: GLA University is seeking a highly driven and strategic professional for the role of AGM Corporate Sales (Online Degree Programs) . The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring corporate clients to promote and sell UGC-approved online degree programs (MBA, BBA, MCA, etc.) to working professionals, HR departments, and L&D units across India and abroad. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with HR heads, L&D leaders, and CXOs to pitch online degree programs tailored for working professionals. Partnership Development: Build strategic alliances with corporates, staffing firms, HR tech platforms, and training partners for bulk enrollment and program promotion. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a targeted B2B sales strategy to drive enrollments from corporate accounts and channel partners. Proposal & Custom Solutions: Create and present customized solutions including bulk pricing, flexible learning models, and white-labeled programs for enterprise clients. Lead Management & CRM: Manage lead pipelines, track interactions, and maintain accurate reports using CRM tools. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through enrollments in online degree programs and corporate-sponsored upskilling initiatives. Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing, academic, and admissions teams to ensure seamless onboarding, communication, and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in online education, corporate L&D needs, and competitor offerings to inform strategy and innovation. Key Skills: B2B Sales (Education / EdTech / Online Learning) Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Proposal Development & Presentation Skills CRM Tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Self-starter with a Revenue-Focused Mindset Understanding of Online Learning Models and UGC Regulations Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 7–12 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or online education Prior experience in selling online degree programs, executive education, or L&D services preferred Strong corporate network and proven track record of achieving sales targets.
