Agile Scrum Master - French Language

Job Role:

• Initiate and govern Agile squads aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective planning of activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French
• Manage Agile Squad including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and facilitate Agile practices while coaching teams on Scrum frameworks and best practices.
• Track delivery using key metrics like Velocity and Burndown, remove obstacles, and support DevOps adoption.
• Apply governance to manage risks, resources, and budgets, while also handling people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback.

Responsibilities

7. Plan and track delivery using metrics like Velocity, Burndown, and Cumulative Flow.
8. Remove obstacles and shield the team from external disruptions.
9. Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile-aligned project setups.
10. Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, and budgets as needed.
