Agile Practitioner

Role Overview: You will be a collaborative and smart Agile Practitioner / Scrum Master joining the team in Pune. Your role will involve setting up and working with teams to ensure a safe psychological environment is in place for delivering critical functionalities to end stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Operate at Squad level as a Scrum Master and act as a change agent to maximize value created by the Squad - Assist the team in understanding Agile theory, practices, and values, and facilitate standard Agile ceremonies - Develop and lead multi-discipline team(s) to deliver value by facilitating progress and coaching them into a self-organized team - Coordinate with different squads and release management to ensure successful feature delivery in production Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Knowledge and experience in Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban - Experience with Agile techniques such as User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, etc. - Familiarity with tools for Agile team management like JIRA & Confluence - Skills in group facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency - Scrum Master certification and experience are a definite plus - Understanding and promotion of Agile values: FROCC (Focus, Respect, Openness, Commitment, Courage) - Ability to inspire and motivate people and multi-disciplinary, self-organized teams - Experience or technical knowledge in the financial domain is a plus Company Details: The company strives for a culture where employees are empowered to excel together every day, acting responsibly, thinking commercially, taking initiative, and working collaboratively.
