We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and lead Agile transformation initiatives. The Agile Coach will guide and mentor teams in adopting Agile principles and practices, requiring a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Assess team Agile maturity and develop tailored coaching plans. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. - Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile roles and practices. - Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure support for Agile initiatives. - Identify and resolve impediments hindering team performance. - Monitor team performance metrics and recommend strategies for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends in Agile methodologies. - Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for project management. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - 5+ years of Agile experience with 2 years in coaching/mentoring role. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies. - Relevant Agile coaching certifications highly desirable. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps.
