Suggest and Support relevant workshops for teachers of model schools. Help model school teachers to undertake the content designed to arrive at necessary outcomes ie, bringing about change in thought and approach of Model school teachers to education. Help to create a Professional Learning Community through a network of Model schools sharing best practices and resources in periodical meetings. Documentation & Reporting Follow all reporting systems strictly, daily/weekly/monthly Maintain attendance and log sheets as per requirement in the reports Maintaining and recording all data as per internal processes Attending team meetings regularly Relationship (Internal & External) Maintain good rapport with teachers, headmaster, students and parents Very effective internal coordination, communication and ability to work as a member of large teams. Conducting/ Facilitating planned No. of the workshop with Parents/ Teachers to create awareness about more efficient teaching techniques Work closely with the Relationship Manager to help build a better community Should know how to deal with reluctance presented by people at the workplace, which might involving convincing people in a subtle manner Training & Development Contribute with ideas to improve teaching methodologies. Participate in the regular training program organized for the team. Upgrade own skills and methodologies by self-learning Assist school authorities in the school development plan for the upcoming academic calendar Formulate strategies to deal with efficient learning outcomes at the school level Should be actively involved in the SMC/ SDMCs present in school and work towards the implementation of SDP.

You are invited to join us as a Contract Career Counselor for various locations in Punjab, including Amritsar, Barnala, Bathinda, and many others. This is a full-time contractual position with an initial term of 3 months, extendable up to 12 months depending on your performance and business requirements. As a Contract Career Counselor, your responsibilities will include conducting workshops to enlighten students about career opportunities, administering assessments to help them identify their career goals and strengths, educating students on career planning post 10th grade, providing personalized guidance based on individual interests, and managing a career helpline to offer on-demand assistance. It will also be crucial to maintain accurate student records while ensuring compliance with privacy standards. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in counseling and group facilitation, along with prior experience in teaching or classroom management. Ideally, you would have undergone teacher training and exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi. Your ability to engage diverse student groups and deliver compelling learning experiences will be essential. The qualifications we seek in a candidate include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Education, while a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in career counseling, teaching, or related areas is necessary, along with knowledge of career development theories and local labor market trends. Holding a certification in career counseling or a related field would be advantageous, and a willingness to travel as per job requirements is expected. In return for your expertise, the remuneration offered for this position ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications, in addition to a travel allowance. This role is of a contractual/temporary nature with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, requiring your presence in person at the designated work locations.
