This is a full-time contractual position with an initial term of 3 months, extendable up to 12 months depending on your performance and business requirements. As a Contract Career Counselor, your responsibilities will include conducting workshops to enlighten students about career opportunities, administering assessments to help them identify their career goals and strengths, educating students on career planning post 10th grade, providing personalized guidance based on individual interests, and managing a career helpline to offer on-demand assistance. It will also be crucial to maintain accurate student records while ensuring compliance with privacy standards. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in counseling and group facilitation, along with prior experience in teaching or classroom management. Ideally, you would have undergone teacher training and exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi.
