We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to help us design, build, and scale LLM-powered autonomous agents and intelligent workflows. You’ll play a foundational role in shaping our AI stack, driving innovation, and delivering real business outcomes through cutting-edge agentic AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows powered by LLMs.
• Own the AI infrastructure pipeline: from data ingestion and training to evaluation and deployment.
• Integrate open-source LLMs, vector stores, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, etc.).
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-grade applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Continuously evaluate new models, frameworks, and tools to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Establish best practices in coding, documentation, testing, and MLOps within the AI team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in building autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and product-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research in LLMs/Agentic AI.
• Experience creating AI copilots or automation tools for enterprise workflows.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or domain-specific AI products (finance, HR, procurement, etc.).
