Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad, India & Coimbatore, India.

Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based Only.

Work Timings: 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST (Aligned with Australian Time Zone)

Experience Level: 2–5 Years

We’re seeking a highly capable Draftsman with a strong understanding of CNC drafting. This role is dedicated to creating CNC-ready shop drawings for our sheet metal fabrication processes. You will collaborate closely with our Melbourne team, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality designs that meet our production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create technical 2D and 3D drawings and blueprints for parts, components, and products to be manufactured using CNC machines.

Convert CAD designs into CAM files for CNC production.

Ensure designs are optimized for CNC machining, considering material selection, cutting paths, and tolerances.

Prepare fabrication-ready shop drawings for sheet metal components, folded flashings, and cladding elements.

Work on live orders from the Melbourne team, draft in real-time, and update designs as required.

Submit drawings for review, revise as per feedback, and finalize for production.

Maintain clear file organization using internal naming conventions.

Communicate effectively with our in-house Drafting and CNC teams via Slack and email.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in CAD drafting and CNC machining logic.

Expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar drafting software.

Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and folding/cutting logic.

Ability to work quickly and accurately under strict timelines.

Excellent attention to detail and capability to handle multiple projects.

Confident in remote collaboration with excellent communication skills.
