The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drywall projects, from takeoff through final bid. This role requires a deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and drywall installation methods. Key Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings and project specifications to prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Utilize Cubit and Planswift software to perform digital takeoffs with precision and speed. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to determine overall project costs. Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather and validate pricing. Prepare and submit bid proposals, budgets, and change order estimates.
